Jill Built Her Leadership From the Inside.

20+ Years of Leading. Then She Built a Practice Around Helping Others Do It Better.

 About Jill Griffin

Jill Griffin is a leadership strategist, executive coach, and trusted advisor to senior leaders, founders, and organizations navigating growth, change, and complexity.

Before becoming an executive coach, Jill spent more than 20 years leading growth, strategy, innovation, and operations for some of the world's most recognized brands, including Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Hilton, Samsung, Citibank, and Martha Stewart. She has launched more than 50 brands, managed more than $1 billion in media investments, led high-performing teams, and served in executive operating roles where the decisions were complex, the pace was relentless, and the stakes were real.

Today, she brings that same strategic perspective to coaching leaders who are making consequential decisions, leading through uncertainty, building influence, and preparing for what's next.

Her clients include executives and professionals at organizations such as Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Salesforce, Reddit, TikTok, Accenture, plus small businesses and start-ups. Whether she's coaching one executive, facilitating a leadership team, or speaking to hundreds of leaders, her work is grounded in the same belief: Better thinking leads to better leadership.

Leadership Is an Inside Job

Leadership is not built through more techniques or bigger personalities. It is built through greater self-awareness, stronger judgment, clearer communication, and the capacity to think well under pressure.

Jill's work sits at the intersection of leadership identity, strategic thinking, and organizational effectiveness. She helps leaders develop the internal capacity that shapes everything they do externally.

Together, they work to:

• Clarify leadership identity, strengths, values, and decision-making patterns.

• Recognize the habits that quietly limit leadership, including overfunctioning, people-pleasing, perfectionism, absorption, and the credibility-influence gap.

• Think through the real situations leaders face every day, including organizational change, restructures, executive communication, difficult conversations, career transitions, succession planning, and high-impact decisions.

• Expand leadership capacity so they can lead with greater clarity, perspective, adaptability, and intention.

This is the foundation of Jill's Next Era Leader philosophy: leadership that is thoughtful, adaptive, and sustainable in today's increasingly complex workplace.

Experience That Changed Everything

In the middle of a successful corporate career, Jill experienced a traumatic head injury that changed how she worked, thought, and led.

She continued leading global teams and major initiatives while managing an invisible disability that few people around her knew existed. The experience forced her to rethink everything, from how she made decisions and managed energy to how she communicated, prioritized, and led under pressure.

What began as necessity became one of her greatest strengths.

It gave her firsthand insight into resilience, adaptability, and the invisible patterns that shape leadership. Today, that perspective allows her to recognize what many leaders cannot yet see in themselves and ask the questions that create lasting change.

Jill is also a recognized advocate for invisible disability awareness in the workplace. In 2024, she was named a Woman of Distinction by the New York State Senate for her contributions to media, podcasting, and advocacy.
