Jill Built Her Leadership From the Inside.
20+ Years of Leading. Then She Built a Practice Around Helping Others Do It Better.
Jill is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and SHRM Certified Professional. She works with senior leaders, executives, founders, and high-performing professionals — individually and inside organizations.
Her approach sits at the intersection of leadership identity, strategy, and behavior. She doesn't teach leadership techniques. She helps leaders operate differently inside complexity. That means:
Getting clear on who you are as a leader, your strengths, your values, your decision-making patterns — so you can lead from identity, not autopilot.
Naming the patterns that constrict your leadership: overfunctioning, absorption, the credibility-influence gap — and building the capacity to lead without them running the show.
Working through the real situations you're navigating; restructures, difficult conversations, career transitions, team dynamics, high-stakes decisions — with a thinking partner who sees what you can't from the inside.
Expanding your leadership capacity — not your workload. Clarity, not control. Curiosity, not certainty. That's what Next Era Leadership looks like in practice.
Jill works with individuals, teams, and organizations. She brings the same strategic rigor to a one-on-one coaching engagement as she does to a corporate workshop or a keynote stage.
A Career-Changing Moment
In the middle of a career that was moving fast. Leading teams, managing global accounts, building brands, Jill suffered a severe head injury that changed everything.
She didn't stop working. She kept leading at companies like Coca-Cola, Microsoft, and Samsung while navigating an invisible disability that made the work harder than anyone around her knew. She learned to manage herself differently, her thinking, her energy, her capacity, out of necessity.
That experience became the foundation of how she coaches today. From resilience and lived experience of having to rebuild her own leadership from the inside out, while still performing at a high level inside demanding systems.
It's also why she's a recognized advocate for invisible disability awareness in the workplace. In 2024, the New York State Senate named Jill a Woman of Distinction for her work in podcasting, media, and advocacy.
