Jill D. Griffin Leadership Strategist | Executive Coach | Founder, Next Era Leader | Speaker

Jill Griffin is a leadership strategist, executive coach, speaker, and trusted advisor who helps leaders navigate complexity, strengthen their leadership, and make better decisions with clarity and confidence.

With more than 25 years of executive experience leading growth, strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation, Jill brings a practical, business-first perspective to leadership development. She has partnered with organizations including Coca-Cola, Microsoft, Hilton, Samsung, Citibank, and Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia, and has advised leaders across more than 50 organizations—from emerging managers to C-suite executives.

Jill believes leadership is an inside job. While much of the leadership industry focuses on developing competencies and teaching frameworks, her work develops the leader behind them—strengthening judgment, leadership identity, leadership steadiness, and the capacity to lead through complexity and change. She is known for helping leaders make sense of complexity, uncovering patterns others often miss, and creating the clarity needed to move forward with confidence.

Her work has been recognized by Advertising Age as one of its 25 Women to Watch, NewsCred as one of the 50 Most Influential People in Content Marketing, and by the New York State Senate with its Woman of Distinction Award. She is a Forbes contributor, host of The Career Refresh Podcast, and her thought leadership has been featured by Adam Grant's WorkLife Podcast, Fast Company, HuffPost, and leading publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Adweek, and Advertising Age.

A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Gallup® Certified Strengths Coach, and SHRM Certified Professional, Jill combines executive experience with evidence-based coaching to help leaders expand their influence, strengthen their teams, and achieve meaningful business results.

Following her own recovery from a traumatic brain injury, Jill has become a passionate advocate for invisible disability awareness, helping organizations create workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and able to contribute at their best.
