The Next Era Of Your Leadership Is A Practice. This Is Where You Build It.
Strategic executive coaching built on honest partnership — sharpening how you think, how you lead, and how you show up when it matters most.
The Next Era of Leadership Requires a Different Kind of Capacity.
The pressure is real. The uncertainty isn't going away. The demands on leaders right now, to have the answers, stay calm, drive results, manage up, manage down, and somehow still think clearly are relentless. And the old model of just pushing harder doesn't hold up anymore.
You don't need to be fixed. You need a different kind of capacity, the ability to lead yourself, lead others, and navigate complexity without being crushed by the weight of it.
Most executive coaching talks about "unlocking potential" or "finding your purpose." That's not this. This is about building the strategic clarity and steady ground to lead well inside the real conditions you're operating in — the pressure, the ambiguity, the pace that doesn't slow down because you need a minute to think..
This Is the Work
Every engagement is built around what's actually happening in your leadership, not a generic curriculum. That said, here's what tends to be on the table:
Leadership Identity & Clarity Getting clear on how you want to lead, not how the organization trained you to lead. Understanding your strengths, values, and decision-making patterns so you can operate from intention rather than reaction.
Navigating Complexity & High-Stakes Decisions Working through the decisions that don't come with a playbook. Restructures, difficult conversations, political dynamics, competing priorities. Jill thinks through the situation with you. She pushes where you need pushing.
Visibility, Positioning & Executive Presence How you're perceived matters. Jill works on how you show up in rooms, how your narrative lands, and how to be seen for the leader you actually are not just the work you produce.
Transitions & What's Next Whether it's a new role, a promotion, a pivot, or the realization that you've outgrown where you are — Jill builds a strategy for what comes next that's grounded in who you are, not just what's available.
Team Dynamics & Influence Leading people is different from managing them. Jill works on how you build trust, navigate conflict, set the tone for your team, and expand your influence without burning yourself out.
Mindset & Belief Systems The inner game matters. Imposter syndrome, perfectionism, people-pleasing, the compulsion to have all the answers. Jill doesn't just talk about it. She interrupts the patterns in real time and builds new ones.
How We Work Together
→ One-on-one sessions via Zoom structured around what's live and relevant in your leadership right now.
→ CliftonStrengths analysis and leadership style assessment to ground the work in evidence, not assumptions.
→ Between-session support via Voxer, or WhatsApp because real leadership challenges don't wait for your next appointment.
→ Strategic frameworks and tools not simply worksheets. The kind of thinking structures that help you make better decisions faster.
→ Direct, honest feedback Jill is warm, but she's not soft. You'll get the truth delivered with respect and zero BS.
Engagements are typically 3–6 months, depending on what you're navigating.
Built For Leaders Who Are Already Good at What They Do
This is for you if:
→ You're a senior leader, executive, or founder operating in a high-stakes environment where the cost of wrong decisions is real.
→ You're navigating a transition. A new role, promotion, career pivot, organizational change — and you want to be strategic about it, not reactive.
→ You're tired of performing leadership and ready to actually lead from a place that's grounded, clear, and sustainable.
→ You want a thinking partner who will challenge your assumptions, not just validate your feelings.
→ You've done the work to get here. Now you need someone who can help you figure out what's next without the life-coach theatrics.
This is for senior leaders and executives who need a thinking partner who matches the complexity they're operating in.

Frequently Asked Questions
YOU'VE GOT QUESTIONS.
I'VE GOT ANSWERS.
-
Are you struggling to break through? Are you always the understudy and not the lead? If you can answer yes, then the answer to your question is right now.
You simply need to be ready to put in a few hours of effort to make changes in your job prep material and your career.

Well, besides my multifaceted professional experience I also have the personal experience of knowing how to tell a compelling and concise story. Interviewing is about storytelling and selling. You need to know how to do both in order to make an impact. I’ve helped hundreds of people land new jobs. In fact, 87% of my clients get a raise (+30%) and 77% get a new job. While those are THEIR results, if you do the work, you’ll have powerful results too.

See the section above for the specific details but on top of an elevated resume, LinkedIn profile and career narrative, you’ll have a Career Consigliere on your team to help you navigate the job prep process.

The Resume Refresh package is a focused two week experience where we workshop your job prep materials together. In addition to our sessions you should plan another few hours to recall and write a draft of your professional experience and results (don’t worry I’m here to help!), plus you’ll need some time to update your resume, cover letter and LinkedIn with the new copy. You’ll also have 2 full weeks to message me via Voxer (a walkie talkie app) so I can answer your questions and guide you along the way.

Great question. I have a few spots each month dedicated to helping people with a Refresh Resume and to be able to provide timely responses to important questions. If it was me, I wouldn’t wait :)
